Overview

Shantela is Chief Operating Officer at Boughton Law, where she advises the Board of Directors, leads the management team and oversees human resources, finance, technology, marketing and business development, office administration and library services. Before joining Boughton Law, she spent more than 18 years with BLG, progressing from summer student to associate and partner. Her legal practice focused on corporate law, securities and capital markets, corporate finance and investment management. She later moved into strategic management roles overseeing regional and national professional talent matters and national practice management, with a focus on performance, culture, innovation, diversity, equity and inclusion.
