Overview

Sandi Shannon, now known professionally as Sandi Shannon Schultz, is Assistant Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel at AT&T. She previously practised at BLG from 2012 to 2020 and became a senior associate in the firm's national Commercial Litigation, Arbitration and Regulatory group. Her BLG work included commercial and regulatory disputes involving energy, natural resources, environmental matters, climate-change litigation, contractual claims and professional negligence. She later served as Senior Legal Counsel for North America at Nutrien, advising regulatory, government-affairs, safety, health and environmental functions, before joining AT&T in 2025.
