Overview

Robert is a retired lawyer who practised for 30 years with Ladner Downs and BLG in Vancouver. As a BLG partner, a member of the Corporate Commercial Group and national leader of the Forestry Law Group, he advised on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate structures, shareholders' agreements, partnerships, joint ventures, reorganizations, commercial contracts, corporate governance and forestry matters. His work included transactions and regulatory matters involving timber and other natural-resource assets.
