Overview

Andrew was Regional Managing Partner of BLG's Toronto office and National Leader of the firm's Pension and Benefits Group. His financial-services and commercial practice focused on pension and benefits law. He advised plan administrators, employers, boards, trustees, insurers, investment managers and beneficiaries on plan design and administration, investments and funding, restructuring and corporate transactions. Andrew also participated actively in pension-industry groups and advocacy concerning pension, benefits and investment-law reform and led legal teams on complex transactions.
