Overview

Patrick Trent is a Partner in BLG's Montréal office. He advises and represents private- and public-sector clients on labour and employment and health law matters, including employment standards, human rights, workplace health and safety, individual and collective dismissals, harassment and workplace violence, privacy and confidentiality, and restrictive covenants. He represents clients before Québec's Administrative Labour Tribunal, in grievance arbitrations and before the Court of Québec, Superior Court of Québec and Québec Court of Appeal. He also advises health establishments on physician privileges, credentialing, and hospital employment and labour matters, and writes and presents on these topics.
