P. Jeremy Bolger is Senior Counsel with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Montréal. His practice is centred on maritime and transportation law, with related experience in insurance and tort matters and railway law. He advises and represents clients on legal issues arising from shipping, marine commerce, transportation operations and the liabilities that can accompany those activities. Bolger has been active in the maritime-law community for many years and contributes to professional discussion about the development of maritime practice and the changing needs of the shipping industry. He was called to the Québec Bar in 1979.
