Overview

Noella M. Milne is a Senior Partner with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Toronto, where she practices corporate real estate. She is also a prominent community leader with long-standing involvement in post-secondary education, health care, children's services and charitable organizations. Noella served as Chancellor of George Brown College and was involved with the college's Board of Governors and Foundation Board, including a term as Foundation Board Chair. She has served as Chair of UNICEF Canada and as a director of St. Michael's Hospital and the George Brown College Foundation, and she has held leadership or advisory roles with the Canadian Club of Toronto, the Children's Aid Foundation, the Ontario Science Centre and the Order of Ontario Advisory Council. Her honours include appointment to the Order of Ontario, the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal, the YWCA Women of Distinction Award, the RBC Top 25 Immigrant Award and recognition among Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women. She earned an LLB from the University of Toronto.
