Nancy L. Golding K.C., TEP (Emeritus), ACIArb is Director of Trust & Estate Law and Barrister & Solicitor at Moodys Private Client Law in Calgary. She advises individual and corporate clients on estate planning, personal tax planning, succession planning, wills and trusts, and fiduciary litigation and resolution. Nancy began her career in social work before moving into trust and estate law, bringing that client-focused perspective to complex planning and dispute matters. She has nearly four decades of experience and has been involved with STEP for more than 20 years, serving as its Worldwide Chair in December 2022. She is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Nancy was called to the Alberta bar in 1984 and earned an LLB from the University of Alberta. Her Moodys role replaces the historical BLG affiliation.
