Melissa Azuelos is Corporate Counsel at Invisible Technologies in Montréal. She previously worked as an in-house legal leader at Dialogue Health Technologies and Lightspeed, and earlier practised at Borden Ladner Gervais. Her background includes an LL.B. in civil law from Université Laval, an LL.M. in business law from Université de Montréal, and a B.Sc. in microbiology and immunology with a minor in international development from McGill University. Her BLG practice included corporate, M&A and financing matters.
