Marie-Pier regularly appears before administrative and civil tribunals, including the Superior Court of Québec and the Québec Court of Appeal, to represent the best interests of clients in matters of wrongful or constructive dismissals, contract or collective agreement interpretation, workplace harassment and investigations, as well as other claims and civil litigation. She also advises and helps businesses in their recruitment of foreign workers, namely for all matters relating to the issuance of a work permit.
