Lindsay is a member of the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House Charities Alberta, as well as a Member of the Governance Committee of Ronald McDonald House Charities Alberta.
Lindsay is a co-lead of BD&P's Business Law Group, member of the Finance and Culture Committee as well as the BD&P United Way Committee. She also supervises the corporate services group.
Counsel to NuVista Energy Ltd. in connection with its approximately CAD $3.8 billion sale to Ovintiv Inc., pursuant to a definitive arrangement agreement under which Ovintiv Canada ULC agreed to acquire all issued and outstanding common shares not already owned by Ovintiv and its affiliates, including the assumption of NuVista’s net debt.
Acted as counsel to Saguaro Resources Ltd, a Calgary-based oil and gas exploration and production company, in its $500 million acquisition by Tourmaline Oil Corp. by way of a plan of arrangement.
Counsel to Gear Energy Ltd. for its acquisition by Cenovus Energy Inc. pursuant to a plan of arrangement and in the spin-out of certain assets into Lotus Creek Exploration Inc. for a total deal value of $170 million
Counsel to Hammerhead Energy Inc. in connection with a plan of arrangement pursuant to which Crescent Point Energy Corp. acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Hammerhead for total consideration of approximately $2.55 billion.
Counsel to ARC Resources Ltd. on its $1 billion private placement of an aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes.
