Overview

Leanne S. Cherry is a leadership advisor to law firms and legal leaders in Calgary. She brings more than 30 years of experience in law, leadership, and talent development, including almost 20 years practising law and serving as Chief Talent Officer at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Her current work includes executive coaching, partner development, leadership feedback and 360 assessments, leadership transitions, leadership team facilitation, and strategic talent advisory. Leanne holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary and is an Associate Certified Coach. She also serves her community through leadership with WINS Calgary. Her experience spans legal practice, firm-wide talent strategy, coaching, and the development of lawyers and leadership teams.
