Kim Maguire is a Partner in Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP's Tax Group in Vancouver. She advises clients in the mining, energy and technology sectors on Canadian and international tax matters, including reorganizations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency restructurings and expansion into international markets.
