Kevin is the head of the Insolvency & Restructuring group in Calgary. He regularly advises debtors, creditors, financial institutions, lenders, monitors, receivers and trustees on a variety of bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring matters. Kevin has acted as strategic counsel in complex domestic and cross-border insolvencies. He has also regularly acts on foreclosure actions as well as various matters involving fraudulent conveyance and preference claims.
Kevin is also an experienced construction litigator who has acted for owners, contractors and lenders on a variety of construction matters. He regularly defends and prosecutes claims pertaining to all forms of construction and energy liens.
