Overview

Kerry Austin is Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Mosaic Forest Management Corporation, where she oversees the company's legal affairs and governance. Before joining Mosaic in 2019, Kerry practised in the specialized business law group of a national Canadian law firm, advising on commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, development, land interests and regulatory matters. She previously spent more than a decade in tourism, event management and fundraising before attending law school. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia, plus credentials from BCIT and Cegep Marie-Victorin.
