Overview

Kathryn Shani is Claims Counsel at the Lawyers' Professional Indemnity Company (LAWPRO), where she handles professional-negligence claims involving lawyers practising civil litigation, real estate, trusts and estates and other areas. Before joining LAWPRO, she practised civil litigation focused on insurance defence, municipal and police liability, product liability and class actions, and litigated before all levels of Ontario courts.
