Overview

Jeilah Chan is a Partner in Stikeman Elliott's Corporate Group in Toronto. With more than 20 years of experience, she advises on all aspects of intellectual property and litigates patent, trademark, contract and licensing, trade secret and copyright matters. Jeilah advises clients on IP issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and licensing matters. Her work also covers advertising and labelling, IP protection and enforcement, commercialization and brand-building strategies. She authored the Intellectual Property Risk section of Directors' Duties in Canada, 7th edition, and co-authored the WTR's Trademarks Litigation Guide (Canada) and WTR's Best Practice in Litigation Series: Global Perspectives.
