Francesca Taddeo is an Associate Investment Manager and Legal Counsel in Omni Bridgeway's Montreal office. She assesses the viability of potential investments and conducts due diligence on legal claims. She brings a decade of litigation experience from prior roles at Norton Rose Fulbright, Borden Ladner Gervais, and Bennett Jones. Her litigation practice included securities, consumer protection, competition, environmental, and product-liability matters, as well as class actions before Quebec and Canadian federal courts, the Quebec Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. She also represented clients subject to regulatory investigations. Francesca holds degrees from McGill University, the London School of Economics, and McGill's civil and common law program, is a member of the Quebec Bar, and works in French and English.
