Ewa Krajewska is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Civil Litigation Practice Group at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP in Toronto. She practices civil litigation, public and administrative law, constitutional and regulatory disputes, appellate advocacy, investigations, and estates litigation. Her matters often involve public institutions, regulated entities, fiduciaries, and individuals, including novel questions of constitutional and administrative law. She appears at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Ewa also advises boards and senior decision-makers on investigative strategy, procedural fairness, governance, and risk management, and handles estates and trusts disputes. She clerked for Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella and was called to the Ontario bar in 2009.
