Eric represents some of the world’s leading technology, financial services, robotics and automotive enterprises in machine learning/AI product development, licensing, and commercialization arrangements, including for the provision of cloud computing and infrastructure services. He negotiates agreements for machine learning/AI-centric product integrations, and has hands-on experience navigating the evolving quantum computing landscape, with a focus on cloud-based server architectures.
Eric advises government and defence clients and suppliers on evaluating and procuring quantum computing capabilities, from market sounding through award and implementation, including issues relating to cybersecurity, supply-chain, and IP and data rights, including post‑quantum data readiness and export‑control constraints.
Fluent in French, he has practised with an international law firm in Paris, France, as well as in Toronto.
