Douglas C. Jack is Senior Counsel in BLG's Toronto office. He advises on corporate, commercial and administrative law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, secured financing, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He also advises veterinarians and agricultural clients on veterinary law, farm financing, real estate matters and development. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985.
