Overview

Daniel V. Lang is a Partner in Miller Thomson's Toronto office and a member of the firm's Corporate Tax group. He advises private equity sponsors, public and private companies, financial institutions and other clients on domestic and cross-border tax issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, reorganizations and corporate transactions. His work also includes tax planning for partnerships and investment structures and transaction implementation. He joined Miller Thomson in 2026 after serving as a Partner at BLG.
