Overview

Daniel Ayotte is a retired Senior Counsel formerly with Borden Ladner Gervais in Montreal and an Emeritus Fellow and Past President of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. His practice and publications focused on construction and engineering matters, infrastructure and industrial projects, product liability, professional liability, surety and insurance. He advised on complex claims and disputes involving major projects and remained active in construction-law leadership after his BLG practice.
