Colin is a corporate and capital markets lawyer with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring transactions and corporate governance matters across a variety of industries in a cross-border or domestic context.

In his merger and acquisition work, Colin acts for senior management, boards of directors, acquirors, targets, and special committees, in public and private transactions (hostile and friendly), proxy contests and restructurings.
