Clay Jacobson is a Partner at McLennan Ross LLP in Calgary. He practises complex commercial litigation, with experience in energy, renewables, mining, manufacturing, commercial leasing and transportation disputes. His work includes disputes involving counterparties and shareholders, and he represents clients in court, at arbitration and in all Alberta courts and the Federal Court.
