Overview

C. Graham W. King is a Partner and National Leader of BLG’s Private Company Group in Toronto and a member of the Corporate and Capital Markets Group. He acts for domestic and international companies and investment funds, family offices and investors conducting or establishing business operations in Canada across a broad range of industries. His work includes corporate and commercial matters, private-company work, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and corporate governance. He has served as a director or governor of business corporations, not-for-profit entities and charitable foundations, and has taught Advanced Mergers and Acquisitions as an adjunct professor at a Canadian law school. Within BLG, he has been recognized as Mentor of the Year for his ongoing mentorship and development of students and associates. Before practising law, he worked in corporate and investment banking and held senior positions in the investment management industry.
