Brad Pierce is Tauri's Operating Partner - Legal and is based in Calgary, Alberta. He previously worked as a lawyer and Senior Counsel in the Calgary office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and served as Chief Legal Officer at Aucerna. His legal and operating experience includes private equity, venture capital and mergers and acquisitions, including investments, fund formation, governance and work with leading Canadian private equity and venture capital firms.
