Overview

Barrie Pomerance is Senior Counsel in BLG's Calgary office. His practice focuses on commercial real estate. His work includes reviewing, negotiating, drafting and enforcing real-estate documentation and advising on leasing, real-estate investments, commercial contracts, private-company matters and contract disputes. He also acts as external counsel to one of Canada's major oil companies on downstream wholesale and retail petroleum sales.
