Barbora Grochalova is Legal Counsel, Compliance and Enforcement at the Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority in Toronto. Her current work is connected to regulatory compliance and enforcement in Ontario's waste diversion and resource recovery system. Before joining RPRA, she was a senior associate at Borden Ladner Gervais, where her practice included environmental law, environmental disputes, climate change, municipal law and land-use planning.
