Overview

Andrew Nathan is a Vice Chair of the British Columbia Labour Relations Board, appointed for a four-year term beginning in June 2025. He joined the Board from the Health Employers Association of BC, where he was Senior Legal Counsel and acted as counsel in Board proceedings and labour arbitration. His experience includes labour and employment law, collective agreements and bargaining, employment standards, human rights and workers' compensation matters, with appearances at all levels of court in British Columbia.
