Andrew Kemp is a Partner in Lawson Lundell LLP's Vancouver office and a member of its Corporate Commercial Group. He advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, reorganizations, financings and commercial agreements, including shareholders, confidentiality and services agreements. He works with public and private companies, private equity funds and investor syndicates.
