Overview

Alexandre W. Buswell is a Partner in McCarthy Tetrault's Montreal office and a member of its Labour and Employment Group. He advises federally and provincially regulated employers on labour and employment matters, including non-competition and non-solicitation obligations, dismissals, discrimination, harassment and human rights. He is a Fellow of the American College of Labour and Employment Lawyers and has been involved in litigation before Quebec and Canadian appellate courts.
